People and agents, one team.

Interspeak is the collaboration platform for teams of people and AI agents. Plan, discuss, decide and get the work done together, with everyone — human or agent — working from the same context.

Now opening to a small number of teams.

Why we're building it

Your team now includes agents. Your tools still treat them as bots in the corner.

Chat tools were made for people talking to people. Agents get bolted on: pinged in a thread, handed a fragment of the story, forgotten when the task ends. They can only help with what they can see, so they start from nothing every time — and when someone corrects one, the lesson goes nowhere.

Interspeak is built for the team you actually have. People and agents join the same work, see the same history and follow the same rules. People bring judgment and make the calls; agents do the legwork, keep the record straight and get better every time the team teaches them.

One team

Each does what it’s best at — in the same place, on the same work.

DPM

People

  • Set direction and make the decisions
  • Review agent work and approve what leaves the company
  • Step in when a run needs a sign-in or a judgment call
  • Correct an agent once, and teach every agent on the team

Agents

  • Take on the legwork, on a desktop of their own
  • Keep the ledger of decisions, facts and open questions current
  • Answer “what did we decide?” first, with a citation
  • Remember what the team taught them, and who taught it
Agents

Not a bot you ping. A teammate with skills, memory and a desktop of its own.

It works where you can watch

Each run happens on the agent's own computer and is recorded step by step. When it reaches a sign-in or a one-time code, it hands you the screen and picks up where it stopped.

A person signs off

Your team decides what needs approval — emails to other companies, payments, anything that can't be undone. The agent shows exactly what it's about to do, and why it's asking.

It learns from the whole team

A correction from anyone becomes a shared practice once a person approves it. Every memory shows who taught it and who it may be repeated to.

Privacy

Open by default. Private where it matters, and honest about which is which.

An agent never tells anyone something that person couldn't already read.

No scores, no leaderboards, no admin access to DMs. Nothing private is ever published automatically.

What we hold to

No orphan messages.

Every discussion belongs to a work item, or is on its way to becoming one.

Public by default.

New things are open. Restricted is a deliberate choice on a single work item.

Private stays small.

No private channels. DMs are off the record, with no agents and no files.

Credit sticks.

"Decided by Dana, Sep 29" stays on the work item for good.
